All products which state "IN STOCK & AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY" are shipped on a next working day service.  Please place your order by 11.59pm Friday 20th December for Pre-Christmas delivery (UK Mainland)

Christmas opening times

We are closed 23/12/24 - 05/01/25 and all orders placed during this time will be shipped on or after 06/01/25 in line with our stated delivery lead times.

For any out of stock items, which state on the product page an approximate 14-28 working day delivery lead time, you will still be able to place a pre-order enabling you to reserve any limited incoming stock, however, please be aware that although this is the average delivery time, we will not have confirmed restock dates or delivery times. We are, therefore, unable to guarantee any delivery lead times for out of stock items (the stock status for all out of stock products is stated above the add to cart button on each product).

*Unless stated otherwise place your order before 2pm and we will ship your order on the same working day for delivery on the next working day (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). This service is free of charge for orders over £39 and applies to UK Mainland deliveries only (please see table below).

All orders under £39 to all UK destinations will be charged a standard delivery rate of £3.49 (£4.99 to the Channel Islands).

Delivery charges on all PUKY vehicles - if delivery is to Northern Ireland or the Highlands & Islands please order as normal and we will contact you to arrange the delivery charge.

Please allow up to 48hrs for delivery of 20" and 24" bikes and note that the delivery time on most spare parts is approx. 7-10 working days and can vary.
